This season has started crazy. Everyone got so sick and its the worst when it goes like a domino effect. It takes every single one out. I am going to list everything I been using and got better in 3 days. I am only here to share personal tips since no one can afford to be out sick with everything going on.

I know everyone including myself believes that losing weight is hard. What if I told you that losing weight is not the hard part. Follow me in this post of Do’s and Don’ts. I am going to give you some of my tips and how i have progressed to my goals. I am 11lbs down and a few more to go.

Having trouble sleeping is one of the worst things that can happen to a busy human. You can be moving all day around feeling sleepy, BUT as soon as you LAY in bed and ITS GONE. Part 2 of recommendations on Netflix. Good shows and new series coming out, I have these on my list, have watched them, or I am now rewatching them all over again🙂.

Growing up in HS/outside of hs we used to watch so many documentaries focused on bettering the world, stop being bias, and helping others stand up for what is right. As i see history repeat itself, I am hoping you watch at least one movie and learn something from it. I am trying my best to remember all the movies that left a mark on me🕰️. Some really harsh, made it hard to watch, but it left me wanting to be a better person, and be a part of change.

Want to try new things and try Mexican cuisine. Might do it to become closer to your ethnicity, have family members that are Hispanic, a partner with Mexican blood, or friends who enjoy the food and cooking. Well this is your page🇲🇽🥘. If you are a fan of diy and artisanal you will probably like this thread and recommendations. Create cute accessories thats build upon “ojo” protection bracelets🧿. A Mexican belief you cant escape hehe. Besides you can make other jewelry not related to this.
