I’ve started creating again and have been exploring new tech, books, and ideas that keep me motivated and inspired. This isn’t a conventional list—it includes novels I’m reading, places I go for inspiration, gadgets I’m using, and things I’m simply playing with, many of them tied to what I loved as a child.

I dealt with acute insomnia in this season, and these are the bedtime essentials I use every night to wind down and relax my body. Using these consistently, I’ve been getting 7–8 hours of sleep. If you have a hard time sleeping, this is for you.
