I started doing my nails at home 3 years ago when I lost my job for the first time ever. I taught myself all the tips and tricks and have used everything I recommend here for years!

I am not a doctor 🙂 just showing what I take and what works for me as a postpartum mom with high cholesterol and working on weight loss!
