I am an autoimmune girlie, and come from a sports/athlete background. Fitness and wellness is incredibly important to me for both my physical and mental health. I am also very particular about the clothes I wear during exercise and focus on finding good quality pieces that will hold up the wear and tear of working out.

Over the last year, I have been focused on creating a capsule wardrobe, with high quality basics, that will hold up and last years to come. I have done this to help eliminate decision fatigue, and feel confident and comfortable in the clothes I am wearing.
