There are various locations but I like this one if you are looking for a place to work from. It is always busy so finding a table can be hard sometimes. You will usually see everyone on their laptops. minimal aesthetic vibes.
Prado Cafe
Prices are great and not over priced like most other places. Has a cute interior as well as a cute bench to sit at if its not raining.

Continental Coffee
Main Street
Aesthetic vibes with a minimal feel. Can definitely take cute photos there and their matcha is one of the best!! Breakfast sandwich was also very good and would try more things.
Slo Coffee
In a neighborhood.. one street off from Main Street. They have coffee as well as some food. They also sell other grocery items and knick knacks. Looks like a cafe out of Gilmore Girls since threes lots of fall foliage.
The Federal Store Luncheonette & Grocer
Cute and minimal with paintings giving off museum type of aesthetic. Great area to walk around as well.
Liberty Bakery + Café
Downtown
Located in Gastown. Great interiors with a homey type of vibe - couches/carpet. You feel like your at someones house. Fresh baked goods and bread daily. Usually busy.

Cute interiors with plants and great matcha. Yaletown location is my go to.
Matchstick Coffee
Two locations in Vancouver, one on Broadway and another in Chinatown. The Chinatown location is very sleek and white. Aesthetic if you want to take photos although the location can be a little sketchy in that area.

Such a cute cafe. Inside is small but it is super aesthetic, you can also get brunch. The green outdoor patio is adorable for photos and they also decorate it with wreaths during the holidays. There is around 5 tables.
