Hailey Bieber made the “glazed donut” trend super popular. Its all about dewy glowy skin, very clean and fresh. Makeup is minimal and nails and skin are glazed.

Thinking of ideas of things to eat for breakfast sometimes can be the last thing you want to do. I like to make a list of my breakfast ideas for the week and either premake them or have the ingredients ready to go so its as easy as possible. There are some of my favorite things to have.

I am Canadian so when I moved to LA I got to indulge in all things Trader Joes. Every time I go on a grocery haul I buy something new. So I have tried lots of things but these are some items I am always repurchasing. Leave a comment on something you think I should try!

I absolutely love trying out workout classes. I use classpass so I am able to try different classes around the City. This is a great way to see what you like. They have classpass in different cities too! These are some of the classes I always have on rotation.

Looking for vintage/retro or just second hand clothing furniture etc. then these are some of my favorite places to go in Vancouver! Luxury to vintage and even some consignment stores. Not many actual flea markets in the City but there are a lot of thrift shops!

These are some of my favorite flea markets and thrift stores in the Los Angeles area. Prices range depending on where you go and how much time your willing to look through clothes. It takes patience to find gems.

If you are coming to Vancouver or are from here and looking for a good restaurant here are some of my favorites. Prices of all ranges and different types of cuisines. Always go back to these! I do love aesthetics but food quality is number one!

Los Angeles has hundreds of restaurants so this list could be endless. Although I still have many more places to try out here are some of my favorites that I would definitely go back to.

I was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. At this point I have tried most cafes in the City. Being such a rainy City finding indoor places to meet friends for coffee is a must. Here are some of my faves from different areas. These are all downtown or in the close surrounding areas.

As a Canadian I always love trying out the fast food restaurants. Some of these unfortunately are only in the US but if you every are travelling be sure to check them out. There are so many more fast food options than there are in Canada.
