The experienced folks know that you shouldn't sleep in a tent! It's TOO HOT to be enclosed. Just do a canopy for shade, add sheets or tapestries for privacy, and put a cot under the canopy.
Fill it with water, and put it on top of your car, and you have enough hot water for a swimsuit shower at your campsite.

It's nice to have some privacy to change clothes! It does get pretty hot in there though.

A MUST. These are really comfortable and take the pressure off of your joints after you've been standing/dancing all day.

We like to have two coolers-- one for food and one for drinks. Pro-tip: if you're bringing water bottles, freeze them before the festival.

You won't be able to shower every night, but you WILL be too dusty/dirty/sunscreeny to go straight to sleep. I wash my face with water but do a full-body wet wipe bath before changing into PJs.

You gotta bring your own! The portapotties either have bad TP or no TP. Bring a roll when you go to the bathroom from camp, and put some in a ziploc, then in your fannypack, when you go to centeroo.

You most likely won't need these, but get them just in case! Hydration is really important, and if your campsite is a long walk from the portapotties, you'll want to know you can go in the middle of the night.

My husband prefers a backpack to a fanny, and they require a clear one. It's nice to have a larger bag to carry your water bottle, extra sunscreen, and maybe snacks, especially if your campsite is far away.
