I try to eat at spots that use clean ingredients and/or local ingredients/vendors. Lowers the carbon footprint, supports small businesses, and you don’t feel sh*tty after eating it.

I use each of these daily & as a 41 year old woman who went back to school to become a holistic doctor, they have kept me energized, strong & optimally healthy.

U.S. beauty standards via the FDA hasn’t been updated in over 10 years… The European Drug Administration has over 1,000 chemicals in their do not use list. The USA? Only 10. Chemicals in makeup, skincare, and hair care products are some of the highest endocrine/hormonal disruptors in the body which can lead to depression, anxiety, weight gain that’s hard to lose, &/or painful or irregular menstrual cycles (including having PMS symptoms).
