My Favorite Products That Have Earned a Place in Our Everyday Life

Purple Star emoji 29 items
These are some of my favorite finds—the things I've actually used, enjoyed, given as gifts, or found useful enough to recommend to someone else. It's a little bit of everything because, well...so am I! 😂                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 You'll find favorite snacks, games we enjoy with family and friends, travel helpers, gifts for the kiddos, writing supplies, craft projects, and other things that have earned a place in everyday life.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Some are practical, some are fun, and a few are things I probably didn't NEED—but I'm certainly glad I found them! 😂 If it's on this list, there's a reason I wanted to share it.

Delicious Snacks for Every Craving and Every Occasion

Sometimes I want something sweet, sometimes salty, sometimes crunchy—and sometimes I just want a SNACK! 😂                                                                                                                                                                                                                               These are snacks I've tried and enjoyed enough to recommend, from old-fashioned favorites to newer finds that have earned a spot in our house. Sometimes we just want a good OLD-FASHIONED piece of hard candy!                                                                                                                            We like this variety pack because we don't have to choose just one flavor—apple, cherry, lemon, and watermelon give us a nice assortment depending on what sounds good at the moment.                                                                                                                                                      They're simple, flavorful, and one piece lasts longer than something we can gobble down in two bites—which may or may not be a VERY good thing for us! 😂 A good little sweet treat to keep around the house.

These actually TASTE good—and the men like them too! 😂                                                                                                               I really enjoy these almond flour crackers with sea salt because they're crisp, tasty and work with so many different dips. I've served them with several kinds, and they make an easy snack to put out when we want something to munch on.                                                                                           I also like having a gluten-free cracker option that doesn't feel like I'm settling for something just because it's gluten-free. And when the men in the house are happily eating them too, I'd say that's a pretty good recommendation! 😂                                                                                     One more perk for me: I can get them from Sam's Club with free delivery, which makes keeping them around even easier.                                                                                   Crackers I like + men approve + they come to my door? Yep—I like these Yoggies enough to buy DIFFERENT FLAVORS! 😂🍓🫐                                                                                     The Mixed Berry version gives me raspberry, blueberry and strawberry flavors in those little yogurt-coated fruit bites. Like the Tropical ones, they're a light, yummy snack when I want just a little something without stopping what I'm doing.                                                                                       The individual packages are especially handy for me while I'm working—open the bag, snack away and keep going without crumbs and mess all over my desk. And having different flavors means I don't have to eat the same thing every day.                                                                                         A little variety in my snack drawer makes me happy! 😂🍓🫐

Sometimes I just want a handful of NUTS!                                                                         I like this mix because I get a variety—cashews, almonds, pecans and pistachios—instead of buying several different containers. These have TWO jobs at my house—snack AND ingredient!                                                                                                                 I keep cashews handy at my desk while I'm working because they're easy to grab when I want a little something without stopping what I'm doing.  Good flavor, nice crunch and—very important at the computer—no crumbs all over everything!                                                                                             But they don't stay in the snack department. I also use cashews in several recipes for meals, so that big container comes in handy for cooking as well as munching.                                                                                                                     Desk snack today, dinner ingredient tomorrow—I LOVE food that can multitask!

A handful before bed—and I'm HAPPY!                                                                         These roasted and salted pistachios have become one of my favorite little evening snacks. When I want just a little something before heading to bed, I grab a handful and that's usually enough to satisfy me.                                                                         And I REALLY appreciate that they're already shelled. No pile of shells, no extra work—just open the bag, grab a handful and enjoy.                                                                                                                    Simple, tasty and portion-friendly for my “just a little something before bed” snack!

Thoughtful Gifts That Have Been Loved by Family and Friends

I love finding gifts that are a little different—something the person will actually enjoy, use, or remember instead of simply opening and setting aside. 🎁❤️                                                                                                                                                                                   These are gifts I've found for family and friends (or myself!!)  that have been especially fun, useful, or memorable. Some may become conversation pieces, some create memories, and others are simply things that made me think, “THIS would be perfect for them!”                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                The best gifts aren't always the biggest or most expensive—they're the ones that show you actually thought about the person receiving them.

I LOVE this as a family gift—especially paired with the USA travel puzzle! 🗺️🚗❤️                                                                                                                                  The puzzle can show where the family has already been, and this book can help inspire where they might want to go NEXT! A family can browse it together, plan trips, discover places close to home and keep coming back to it as the kids grow and their travels continue.                                                                                                                              Give them the book for where they COULD go and the puzzle for where they've BEEN—now THAT'S a fun family gift combination!

Games That Bring Family and Friends Together

Give me a good game, some family or friends, and a little friendly competition—and I'm IN! 😂🎲                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       These are games we've enjoyed because they get people talking, laughing, thinking, and spending time together. Some are silly, some make you use your brain, and some may reveal a competitive streak you didn't know somebody had! 😂                                                                                                                                                                                         I especially like games that are easy enough to learn without spending half the evening reading instructions, but still interesting enough that we want to play them again.                                                                                                                                                         For me, the best games aren't really about who wins—they're about the fun and memories made around the table.

We have given them a good workout—grass, blacktop, water puddles—and they still look great! A few spots of discoloration from grass stains, but not bad at all.                                                                                                                                                                                                 These aren't cornhole bags that have been gently used and carefully put away. They've been played with! They've been tossed, dropped, and landed where they weren't supposed to, and they've survived outdoor games with family and friends.                                                                                                                                                                                      I especially like that they're weather-resistant and made from durable duckcloth, because when we're playing outside, I'm not interested in worrying about where every bag lands. They're made for having fun—and ours have certainly been put to the test...                                                                                                                                                              If you're looking for a set for backyard games, cookouts, camping, or family get-togethers, these have held up VERY well for us.

Travel Favorites That Make Every Trip Easier

Unzip it, hang it up, and I can actually FIND my stuff!                                                                                                                                                          I like a hanging toiletry bag because I can keep my toiletries, cosmetics, and all those little travel necessities organized in one place instead of digging through a suitcase or spreading everything across the bathroom counter.                                                                                                                                                                                           Once we arrive, I can simply hang it up and have everything within reach and easy to see. I also appreciate the waterproof design because bottles and tubes don't always behave themselves when they're packed!                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Great for vacations, weekend trips, or anytime you want your bathroom essentials organized and easy to grab. And when it's time to leave—zip it up, put it back in the suitcase, and GO!

Fun and Memorable Gifts Kids Will Love

I love giving kiddos something they'll enjoy—but I REALLY love it when the gift gives them something to DO, discover, or learn too! ❤️🎁                                                                                                                                                                                                         These are gifts I've given or found that combine fun, creativity, learning, and time spent doing something besides staring at a screen. A gift they remember, use, and have FUN with afterward is even better!

I had Highlights growing up—and I LOVED getting it!                                                                                                                                                   That's probably why I've continued the tradition.  Over the years, we've given Highlights subscriptions, books, and puzzles to several families whose kiddos call us Aunt and Uncle, and I love giving them something that's both fun AND worthwhile.                                                                                                                                                                           There are stories, puzzles, activities, hidden pictures, and plenty of things to keep curious young minds busy—without putting another screen in front of them. Writing Instruments Worth Using Every Day

Yes, I have a thing for pens—and NO, one pen is apparently not enough! 🖊️🌈                                                                                                                                                           These are writing tools I've actually enjoyed using for journaling, calendars and planners, letter writing, card making, and everyday notes.                                                                                                                                                                                                 Sometimes I want different colors to help me stay organized, sometimes I need something erasable, and sometimes I just want to make a note or card a little more FUN.                                                                                                                                                    I especially like pens and markers that write well, serve a purpose, and offer plenty of colors to play with. Because if I'm going to write it down anyway, I might as well enjoy the pen I'm using!

Different colors for different things—and YES, I make mistakes! 😂🖊️                                                                                                                      I use these erasable gel pens in my diary and daily calendar, and I love having so many colors to choose from. I can assign different colors to appointments, work, projects, activities, and other parts of my life, which makes it much easier to glance...                                                                                                                                                                                                                             But my FAVORITE part? They're erasable! If plans change—or I simply write something in the wrong place—I can correct it without scribbling it out, covering it with correction tape, or making a big mess of my page.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           22 colors, lots of ways to organize, and permission to change my mind without ruining the page. THAT works for me!
