Re-enter my fit girl era with me! I'm no stranger to staying fit or working out. Growing up I was always active whether it was sports or dance. However, when my health took a turn for the worse I stopped working out. However, I want to start working out again because it can help help manage some of my current symptoms and improve my overall health.

Life has been throwing me way too many lemons lately, and I’m finally facing the harsh truth: I don’t actually know how to care for myself in a healthy way. In a desperate attempt to reclaim some peace and get my life back, I’ve started exploring self-care products, tips, and tricks. As a neurospicy girly, I’ve realized that sticking to a routine or even remembering to use the things I buy is a real struggle. But I’m trying—because I’m also a chronic illness girly, and I refuse to let my health issues run the show. This is me, learning to show up for myself, one tiny act of self-care at a time.

This title is slightly misleading since I'm still living at my parent's house and don't have my own home/apartment yet. However, to increase my productivity and stay focused, I decided to turn a corner of my bedroom into a small “home office space.” I haven’t finished my setup since I’m still moving back into my bedroom post home renovation projects, so I will be adding more items and editing this list as I get set up. I know SHEIN isn’t the best place to be shopping but since I’m shopping on a tight budget please don’t come for me! Here’s what products I don’t regret buying & would recommend if someone asked me for product suggestions. (I have opened all of these items but since I’m not currently staying at home since we are doing home renovations, I will add photos of these items in my bedroom once I can take pictures of them in my bedroom. Please be patient with me until then.)

If you’re ADD/ADHD, struggle with anxiety &/or depression & other neurospicy things, this list is for you! Don’t get me wrong, ever since my (late) diagnosis I’ve been doing a lot better surviving as a neurospicy (neurodivergent) adult, but sometimes I still struggle to survive. Here’s what I do/use to hack my life & survive adult life in a world that isn’t really friendly to those who are different! I will be adding products as I find them!

Sometimes life gives you too many lemons and next thing you know, you’re stuck living at your parent’s house for the unforeseeable future. So, I gave my childhood bedroom a HUGE facelift! I am still making improvements & will add products as I buy them. I have a small walk-in closet and my own bathroom in my room.
