As you know summer is upon us and if you live somewhere where 90 degree temperatures are high he normally on a daily basis with much added humidity then this list is for you.

The trials and tribulations that come with having seborheic dermatitis aka itchy scalp are ones that cannot fully be explained, like you just have to truly experience it on your own. If you are currently dealing with this issue like I am, welcome to the community, you have found your people. I’ve been to several doctors, allergists, dermatologists and so forth and have been repeatedly told there’s no real solution to get rid of it just sprays and serums that give you temporary relief. And no I don’t have dandruff so please do not go recommending dandruff shampoos in the comments. But if like me your hair itches even immediately after washing it and you can’t even see anything on your scalp this post is for your. Over the last few years I have tried a loooootttttttt of different products and here are the ones I feel were worth my money and would buy again.
