If you have food allergies or you are just wanting to make a lifestyle change but are a BIG snack lover like me here are some alternatives that have really made a difference for me and my family!! Gluten, dairy, and processed sugars are the culprit to my severe bloating and led to all sorts of inflammation in my body. Once, I made a conscious step to replace some of these irritants I saw a huge difference in how I felt. Everyday is a work in progress; Nevertheless, these snacks made an impact in my life! As a mom, these changes started with making every effort to ensure snacks at home had no dyes, no processed sugars, and as little as possible of inflammatory ingredients.
