At-home workout needs (as someone who hates going to the gym, but is still a fitness girly)
I love the fitness lifestyle, but I hate going to the gym. I always feel like people are judging me or looking at me and I get so in my head about it. Here's what I've gathered for my home workouts, and the best workout clothes as someone who lives in athletic clothing. I'm also going to share some of my recommendations for what I've added to my diet to boost protein or things that just make me feel good idk. I'm still new to trying to live a healthier lifestyle (I gained a ton of weight during Covid and have been on the journey to feel better in my body and make healthier choices) (I'm down almost 30 pounds btw) but anyway, take what works for you and leave what doesn't, everyone's health journeys may look different and thats ok because you're not all 5'3 26 year old women, right?
