September/October are such great months with the leaves changing, the sweater weather returning, and the cozy vibes increasing. These are a list of our fall favourites from clothes, to beauty, to home, to food! If we don't have it, we want it and it's on our to buy list. We love snacks. All the time. Wherever we go. These are snacks we grab whenever we see them! When we are in the states we often go to trader joes or target for snacks, and in Canada- we go wherever the snacks will take us. Honestly, if they are on this list then we truly love them. Would we lead you astray?

Alana is a therapist who has been at it for over a decade now. She does a lot of reading and training. These are the books she recommends for deeper insight, and research on the self, and other. Life is so expensive these days!! These are the items we reach to that are under $20 and repeatedly buy. Health and beauty don't need to be so expensive, despite what the ads may tell you :) Check this list out for ideas to maintain your health and beauty (whatever that means to you), in an affordable way

Soft clothing is our favourite clothing to wear, whether it be on the couch, while working out, or just out for the day. It's important to be comfy from your head all the way down to your toes

Alana’s an avid reader, reading over 50 books a year. This is what she deems the best of the best in books and yes this is her opinion≠ (although we would say her opinion is usually right)
