All the novels/poetry I need to hurry up and read before the TBR pile gets any bigger!

Sometimes it’s the films with minimal plots which leave the biggest impressions on us. Here are some films that seemingly have little-to-no plot, but pack a punch with the vibes! I'd recommend using Rakuten TV to rent or buy any of these movies if you fancy watching them, as it's better value for money!

2025 feels like it's going to be a fantastic year for cinema. I've never found myself needing to visit the cinema more! Here are the films that I'm most excited for in 2025, I'll keep adding to this list when new movies dates are announced!

Since watching The Substance on Halloween night, I haven't been able to think about much else besides it! I enjoyed the film so much, and recently saw the cinematic parallels between The Substance and various cult classic films that I haven't watched yet. So I created this list of films to watch, as well as some books to read, if you liked The Substance as much as I did!

Being an anxious homebody, a trip to the cinema is a rare luxury for me. Makeup always relaxes me, so I like to put a little bit on, even if I am going out to just sit in a dark room with a giant screen! I tend to reach for products that are multi-use, so if I can get a bronzer that works for eyeshadow or a lip product that can double as a blush then that's perfect!

Winter is finally here in the UK, and weather reports are finally starting to signal towards some snow! With the nights drawing into a close much earlier, now's the perfect time to crawl under a blanket (tea in hand of course) and turn on the Christmas movies.
