In our house, we almost exclusively shop at Trader Joe’s. I’m sharing products (mostly food) that I truly am obsessed with. *Please note that TJ’s doesn’t always keep their website updated with the full inventory, so some links will just go to the homepage. Our dog, Penny, has severe separation anxiety. She’s the sweetest, chillest, calmest girl in public spaces. But the minute she is separated from us, she gets very panicked. Though that’s gotten better over the nearly 2 years we’ve had her, running dog-friendly errands is super beneficial for us. I made a list of dog-friendly stores in the Des Moines area we’ve either I’ve either taken Penny to myself or called to confirm their pet policy—so you don’t have to 🐕💕

I’m over the days of suffering through 8+ hours in uncomfortable clothes. My new work wardrobe rule: Clothes must be as comfy as they are chic. And yes you can have both! Here are some of my faves.

Our German Shepherd rescue has severe separation anxiety. She can be alone for a few hours at a time now, but we went over a year without leaving her home alone! So suffice to say, we know our way around dog-friendly patios in Des Moines.

My go-tos for a minimal, natural look. Day-to-day, I keep it super simple. But for date nights, girls nights, and events, I spend some extra time with extra products.
