Foods in my belly
I’ve never eaten out so much and literally had NO tummy ache or side effects. There are so many great places to grab a quick bite or wine n dine. It might be in your best interest to make reservations ahead of time, especially the busier places.
Super cute outdoor place to grab food. They don’t have gluten free notations on the menu but a gal there was very helpful. The food is so fresh! And if you’re not gluten free… it’ll be easy to find something 😋
The Farm at South Mountain
NEW to Scottsdale. Very gluten free friendly. High vibe, swanky atmosphere. We loved this place. I know it sounds weird but GET THE CARROTS!! Also got the risotto and it was nummy in my tummy.
PINYON – Coastal Mediterranean
Unfort there were no cars when we were there but the matcha was top notch
Fourtillfour Cafe
Our night was dreamy. We got to sit outside under the trees that were lit up by Xmas lights … the weather was absolutely perfect. The BEST gluten feee hamburger bun, pitas and flourless cake I’ve ever haddddddd
True Food Kitchen
This place was so tasty! They have multiple locations and are very respectful of gluten free. The chicken enchiladas and cookies were oh so good.
Flower Child
Super fresh and very cute set up. Great gluten free options.
Farm and Craft Scottsdale
Soooo many gluten free ice cream options. There are dairy free as well. They’ll let you try as many samples as you’d like 😅🤤 The buttercream cake was so delicious.
Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams
Fresh pressed organic juices, smoothies and ceremonial grade matcha. And more! Lol
Kaleidoscope Juice: Home
Places and things and stuff
We did a little of this and a little of that. It was a good mix of everything.
What a fun way to spend the morning! Come hungry and ready to sip organic juice and ceremonial grade matcha.
Old Town Scottsdale Farmers Market - open October through May
Old town is full of cute shops. It definitely lives up to its name … it feels like walking through a cute old town.
Old Town Scottsdale
A nice loop with beautiful scenery. Bonus: you might happen across some horseback riders.
Not a ton of elevation gain. I’d give it a “smedium” for difficulty level.
Overton Trail Loop, Arizona
The perfect 3 bedroom/2 bath condo. Fully stocked. Super clean. Responsive team. Great location! Community pool. Very quiet, even though it is a condo unit.
Home in Scottsdale · ★5.0 · 3 bedrooms · 4 beds · 2 baths
This was the cutest area of shops I’ve ever seen. Great places to eat as well.
Scottsdale Quarter
Packing things I benefitted from having

It was nice to toss this in in the morning and not have to worry about getting burned
Tinted Glow Wonderscreen® SPF 30
We be walking everywhere!! Comfy walking shoes are a must. I even wore these hiking. But you may want to bring a separate pair cuz they did get super dusty.
Women's Arahi 7
Keeping those eyes hydrated in the dessert is the hack you didn’t know you needed.
A MUST for when traveling to a dry and/or dusty climate. And after airplane travel.
Simply Saline Nasal Care Daily Relief Mist Spray - 4.5oz
Nobody wants a case of “desert lips”.
Lip Oil
Bringing my own pillowcase is an easy way to protect my hair while sleeping. AND protects me from the fact most places use toxic laundry detergent that bothers me. #travelhack
