My Favorite Vegan Snacks with no Known Top Allergens
These are some of my favorite “hypovegan” snacks. These are vegan snacks with none of the top 9 allergens: cow's milk, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, fish, sesame, shellfish, and wheat. These snacks also avoid things like “natural flavor” unless referring to “natural smoke flavor” which likely just means liquid smoke. If they include the ingredient “natural flavor”, but it states it's hypoallergenic, I'll include it, but also let you know in the 'ingredient highlights'. These taste great and you can eat them guilt free! These may include other allergens things like coconut and gluten, but I'll be sure to highlight those. As formulas and ingredients change, this list will change too!
