Me having a regulated nervous system is the difference between me greeting my children and reacting to them. And we all end up having better days as a result.

Because we're NOT tryna look like what we've been through… low-lift essentials to stay cute AF. The little things that seem silly or small but that compound into an overall polished and practical life. I also aim to recommend things that do double-duty; nobody has time for one and done products! So most if not all of these have more than one essential function, which is how I like to roll.

10/10 would recommend these Michigan restaurants! Finding great spots to eat is always high on my list of things to do, especially when the menus are customizable for different eating styles.
