From Break Out to Break Free - My Acne Journey
I'm a type of person who rarely had Acnes, even during my period. Usually it was just one or two tiny pimples that disappeared within a week. But last time during my pregnancy, I experienced severe hormonal acnes. It's very troublesome and it deeply affected my confidence. I didn't even have proper photo of myself with my newborn because I felt too uncomfortable and insecure about my skin. The acne persisted for almost a year after giving birth, and it breaks my heart to know that I missed capturing those precious first-born moment simply because I couldn't bear to be photographed. The acne is gone now, though some scars still remain. But I've learned to embrace them - as reminder of my resilience through that difficult period. If you're going through the same struggle, please don't lose hope. I believe you will find your way back to healthy, happy skin. Here are some of the beauty steps and habits that helped me throughout my journey.
