I drink 1 to 2 coffees a day, so I have to make them count! I love adding sugar free syrups to my coffee wether it's a concentrate or a pod.

I am a researcher in the conception space, so preparing for pregnancy is a topic i'm very passionate about. I am planning on starting my fertility journey in 1.5-2 years so I am starting NOW to prep my body for it. I have a lot of work to do but starting with the right supplements is key! And it's not just me .. my partner is in this as well. Sperm quality is so important for a healthy pregnancy = epigenetics.

2026 is my health and wellness year, so I met with a naturopath and we estabalished a plan - this is my curated list as a PCOS girlie who is looking to fix her metabolism and prepare for babies in 1-2 years!
