These are therapy books that I recommend both to clients and therapists! My favorite are neurodivergent related, but there are some other good ones in here as well. While reading is no substitute for actual therapy, if it’s all you can afford for now, I think this is a great place to start!

I have dry, sensitive skin. I’ve never known anything about makeup and more recently, have been trying to learn/ manage a SIMPLE daily routine. I try to only use vegan products that use clean ingredients and are ethically made.
