I live in a small town in South Central PA named Marion. I love my little town! Hubby & I are active and support local businesses, and restaurants near us. We usually travel 5 miles South to Greencastle, PA, or a tad furhter south to hagerstown, MD, or 5 miles north will get us to Chambersburg. Either way, we have some favorites that are our “go to's” that we as small town people recommend.

I'm 68 and I feel great! I only take ONE prescription. ONE! I don't have have any major health issues at all. A little arthritis, but its managed. I search for supplements from Brands that I trust, whom I feel has the customers' best interest up front and center! I encourage you to Check them out!
