The cookbooks are my absolute go-to. I make about one a week, we eat dinner and then I freeze anyone from 12-15. We keep a stash of high protein meals in the freezer for lunches or quick dinners.
Stealth Health Cookbook
I make a batch of these every 2 weeks! I use a tostado for the smaller tortilla so it actually crunches. Also- don't freeze veggies and sour cream! We add these later. SO good and they reheat great!

Buffalo Caesar Chicken Pasta (Crockpot Meal Prep — 6 Servings) Macros (per serving): P76 C31 F11 - 520 calories Ingredients: • 3 lb chicken breast • 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s) • 1 cup fat-free, sugar-free Caesar dressing (Skinny Girl) • 9 tsp ranch seasoning • 5 servings protein pasta (Brami fusilli) • 1 cup fat-free shredded cheddar • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked & chopped Directions: Add the chicken, buffalo sauce, Caesar dressing, and ranch seasoning to the crockpot. I use a ton of these for my meal prep. They freeze well for burritos, crunchwraps, etc but don't drive up the carbs.
