as a culinary school graduate, former professional baker and cake designer, and future registered dietitian, who's married to an executive chef, I got you!

Every morning I spend 10+ minutes on my patio (as often as the weather allows) to set my day up. No phone or electronics to mindfully take in the sounds and fresh air as I enjoy my breakfast. I look forward to this ritual to reset my nervous system.
