Books, tutorials, and a few things on the business side. Some of these have been recommended to me through the proofreading program that I am training with, but they are all located in one place! I find myself hunting down websites or books or videos...

Resources for the proofreading training process
These resources generally follow the Chicago Manual of Style and include things like grammar tutorials, books, quizzes, and practice.
This site is so very easy to learn with. The sections each have small quizzes. It is very user friendly and quite frankly--it's not hard to listen to these. I have been working my way through them whenever I can.
Khan Academy
I haven't worked by way through all of these yet, but this one has worksheets that you can copy and practice with.
The Blue Book of Grammar and Punctuation Guide
Style specifications: book style, news media and business style, science style… you know, they are all different sometimes!
The best punctuation book, period.
For those who love to hold, handle, look things up manually. A digital copy subscription was generally recommended but sometimes someone wants both.
The Chicago Manual of Style, 17th Edition
Online Subscription: You can also choose the 17th edition once subscribed. (On a starter note, you can get a 30-day free trial before deciding to subscribe to it).
The Chicago Manual of Style, 18th Edition
This is recommended for proofreading practice when you’re still in the training phase.

Find the Errors! II: Proofreading Activities
Thus was recommended on the list of resources. I have not ordered it yet, but I would like to look at a copy first.

I haven’t ordered this one yet but seems very helpful in understanding correct sentence structure and more.
Correcting Paragraphs Grammar Practice Workbook
This is a small book you can keep on hand. Sometimes commas can be tricky.
Actually, the Comma Goes Here: Guide
This is more help with commas. I think sometimes it is harder when you proofread real writing, not just pre-set sentences where you look for errors. It gets a little more difficult to know if something is incorrect.
To Comma or Not to Comma: Best Punctuation Book
These are nice to mark things up on paper. They have very fine tips which are helpful. Mostly I have just practiced with these.
Taotree 24 Fineliner Color Pens, Fine Line
I'm new to this site, but I like that you can pick out specific areas of help you need. Also, it goes further or deeper in ways to improve writing (and understanding correct ways to use words). This is a free site too! It looks like a child-like site...

On Skillshare, I think you should be able to sign up for a thirty-day trial. This course is less than two hours so it could give baseline information on Google Docs. I’m less familiar with this form of editing and program and thought it would be help...
