I haven’t been eating gluten (at least purposefully) for a little while—not because it’s fun. I’m not celiac, but I just couldn’t digest it. So here are a few favorites.

I try to find some products that I have tried and liked—cleansers, sunscreen, blush, eyeliner.

National Park Explorations: people seem to be drawn to the spas. It’s not like any other state park I had been to— it feels integrated into the city. There are trails as well. (We couldn’t hike because of the rain).

My husband and I have loved traveling through Michigan and visiting new and beautiful places. It’s actually where we went on our honeymoon. Another trip we took was further north towards the Upper Peninsula area and Mackinac Island. We have ridden mountain bikes, taken hikes, gone to beaches, visited lighthouses, and just explored different areas. It’s been an adventure.

I find myself hunting down websites or books or videos that I had seen but couldn't remember where to find them.
