My evaluations are currently narrowed down to differentials of POTS, MCAS, Addison's or other adrenal insufficiency and Hashimoto's. I AM NOT diagnosed with any of those yet, but symptoms I have of them point there heavily, still under evaluation, and some of the things I've done to help improve symptoms prior to diagnosis are known to work for those diagnoses.
