Summer is coming to an end, and the teens are heading back to school. We don’t buy everything new each school year because we try to buy things that will last. So here is a mix of some new things we picked up this year, and some tried and trues.

Gluten free foods have certainly come a long way in the last 15 years (that I've been GF). Teen girl also has a gluten allergy. So having good tasting gluten free snack options, that stand up to some of the original varieties, in terms of taste and texture, has been a blessing for sure. Now, remember these are just snacks. We eat a healthy, balanced diet. But sometimes we want a quick and easy, sweet or salty treat. These are some of our favorites…

We love getting outdoors to camp around Colorado. I like to keep things easy and simple when for setting up and breaking down camp, so we have more time for fun. If you're just starting out building your camping gear supply, if nothing else, I suggest an instant tent. It makes camping set up so easy.
