I know there are people out there who say you shouldn't get a gift for someone you don't know all that well, but as someone with a complex family situation, I understand how you might need to get someone something just to ease tension, or to make them feel included. I've had eczema for my whole life. It is something that effects me everyday, and since I live in a very dry area, I have constant flare ups. My skin is super sensitive, I touch something my eczema doesn't react well with and immediately my skin will be itchy, red, and puffed up. This list includes my favorite skin care items that have helped me manage my eczema. While everyone's skin if different, these products did not cause me to flare up, and helped my skin improve.

As someone who has been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for 22 years, having the right supplies is a huge part of managing this condition. This list contains my favorite things that have helped me through managing my blood sugars and making T1D easier to live with.

While you can eat anything with Type 1 Diabetes, having low carb snacks is always a plus. It means less insulin and less chance of spiking your blood sugar.
