Surprise - it’s 11 because I couldn’t narrow it down. I’ve always struggled with my skin. It’s combination with dry patches and oily patches, so much redness, and acne prone. I rarely go out without make up because of it. The last 6 months I’ve been pouring into my skin care routine with a focus on healing my barrier after too many actives. Here’s what stood the test!

A little slice of heaven tucked away where time slows and peace takes over. 🌲🏔️ Although we live in the mountains there is no place like the Smoky mountains. We’ve been going yearly since we were kids. It’s very touristy so we prefer quick weekend trips, but there’s so many hidden gems tucked away.

I became a much better mother when I started reserving time to care for myself. These things fuel my mind, body, and soul.
