I’m a night owl, and so finding a solid bedtime routine and sleeping environment that support a good night’s sleep has consisted of some trial and error for me. I always tell people that working outside is both my favorite and least favorite thing about being an athletic trainer. I’ve found that paying a little more for quality is worthwhile later on because the top brands last SO much longer and have way more attention to detail put into their designs, from the seams to the closures to the materials used. They are worth what they cost, so if you’re looking for pieces that you actually want to wear every day and feel confident in, be willing to splurge! I’ve thrown some budget-friendly options here as well that can be some classic closet staples.
