Especially in a world where negativity is all too prevalent, these have helped me reshape my brainwaves and keep a positive outlook, heal trauma, and ultimately help me live my best life.

If you’re gonna go hiking, you might as well be prepared with high quality gear. Touching grass is essential in my life and it’s much more fun when you know you’re properly prepared. These are things I use constantly!

As a regular traveler that used to work in the fashion industry, I want pieces that are functional but still look put together. They are made for movement and easily interchangeable. As an ex-celebrity makeup artist, these are my go-to items for glowy skin and a simple every day makeup look. Even though I live a much simpler life than when I rushed around NYC doing Paris Hilton’s makeup, I love to feel polished.
