I’m currently homeschooling for the 3rd year in a row. My oldest is currently in 1st grade and here are my recommendations based on what I use and love! I recommend focusing more on language arts and math still at this age because that’s the building block of everything else. There’s many ways to still incorporate other subjects without a full blown curriculum.

As a homeschool mama to a recent Kindergarten graduate, here’s the curriculum I recommend, as well as additional resources. For Kindergarteners, I recommend focusing on teaching language arts (specifically reading and writing) and math. This is the building block of everything else. You can always do simple unit studies for science and social studies. This is what worked best for my family, so sharing it all here.

Buying an iced coffee every day can get expensive, but that’s okay because we got coffee at home! You can still make delicious coffee without breaking the bank and this list gives you all the different ways you can. I love coffee and make most of mine at home.
