Postpartum is a time to really care for yourself and your body! Your body is depleted of a lot of nutrients that were given to the baby, so it’s important to care for yourself during this time to heal and recover well.
All 3 of these are great for milk supply issues or to just maintain a good supply. For the record, herbs like fenugreek, fennel, milk thistle, and goat’s rue are great for increasing milk supply. Eating things with oats are also great!
