Down “There”
After birth (especially a vaginal birth), you will feel very sore down there. Using these products will help ensure everything heals well.
So nice to use in baths after having a baby. Very soothing and magnesium is absorbed through the skin which can help with postpartum healing.
Equate Epsom Salt, Magnesium Sulfate, 128 oz (8lb), Unscented
If you suffered with hemorrhoids after birth or even during pregnancy, these are soothing and great to have. Even if you didn’t, these are so soothing and feel great after giving birth because it’s sore down there for a little while.
These are my favorite pads to use because they are super long and hold a lot. Especially great at night time.

Nice to have multiple peribottles in case you have multiple bathrooms in your home. These are the classic ones you’d get from the hospital.

Things are sore down there and you can use these reusable ice or hot packs to give some relief!

If you prefer disposable ice packs to use after birth, these are a great option. These are really great for the first few days after birth to provide relief down there.

Great for holding up your large pads after birth. These are a must have the first few days especially.
Way easier than pads and great for that initial postpartum bleeding to make sure nothing leaks out.

Breastfeeding can be hard, but it is absolutely possible! Stay educated and utilize these resources to push through.
All 3 of these are great for milk supply issues or to just maintain a good supply. For the record, herbs like fenugreek, fennel, milk thistle, and goat’s rue are great for increasing milk supply. Eating things with oats are also great!

Postpartum is a time to really care for yourself and your body! Your body is depleted of a lot of nutrients that were given to the baby, so it’s important to care for yourself during this time to heal and recover well.
Sometimes the afterbirth pains can feel like you’re in labor again! Your body may also be super sore from pushing out a baby. To avoid, have some ibuprofen on hand. It’s safe to take while breastfeeding.
