I do half a packet a day with 16-20 ounces of water. It is a salty electrolyte so play around with how much water to powder ratio you like. It’s my favorite morning start!

This isn't a low calorie food, and this isn't a high protein bar, but it is nice to have a protein bar with zero added sugars when I need a little snack on the go.
KIND ZERO Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt Bars
I'm not really a cereal person but when I am craving cereal, this is my go to. It is high in protein, high in fiber, and does not contain any sugar, and tastes good! Good to munch on the go as well.
Catalina Crunch Protein Cereal Cinnamon Toast
Great for dry mouth - my dentist said sugar free is better for the teeth. They’re quite tasty!
Ricola Throat Drops - Sugar Free Lemon Mint - 45ct
A higher price point than the Ricola lozenges I linked, but another good sugar-free option if you suffer from dry mouth.
