A few years ago, I switched many of my household products to non-toxic or lower-toxic items. Here are my favorites that are effective and affordable, separated by section. Keep in mind that your skin is the largest organ of your body and we use dozens of products on it every day without realizing so. It is so important to reduce the chemical filled products you use on your skin/in your home.

I have a pretty basic style, mostly band tees and leggings or shorts, depending on the season. I wear clothes for comfort, while trying to tie in affordability. Here are some staples I swear by! For reference, I'm 5'6", 175-180 pounds, shoe size 7.5-8.

Here are some of the must have things I keep around the house. These can range from cleaning products to accessories that make your life easier and your home more organized.

I have sensitive facial skin, including rosacea and perioral dermatitis. Listed are things that don’t seem to flare me up, as well as other general skincare & self care. I also suffer from severe dry eye from LASIK (feel free to ask me about it, and why I’ll tell you not to do it), so I’m including some awesome eye care products.

Some of the snacks, sides and drinks I enjoy. Where I can, I try to eat low sugar, high protein.

These are the things I've bought that don't really fit into any other categories I have listed but I feel deserve a shoutout because they're great.
