Here are my favorite lower or non-toxic products that are effective and affordable. Your skin is the largest organ of your body and we use dozens of chemical filled products every day without realizing it. It is so important to minimize your exposure to chemicals and toxins in your day to day. But please remember THE MOST IMPORTANT THING - don’t go crazy trying to be 100% non-toxic. It’s impossible and will do harm to your mental health trying to go all out. Making better for you swaps is all you have to do ❤️

I’ve never been into fashion, and my wardrobe is built for comfort. While sustainability is important to me in other aspects of my life, I aim for comfort and affordability in my clothing items while trying to maintain affordability. Here are some staples I swear by! For reference, I'm 5'6", 170-180 pounds, shoe size 7.5-8.

I have sensitive facial skin, including rosacea and perioral dermatitis. Listed are things that don’t seem to flare me up, as well as other general skincare & self care. I also suffer from severe dry eye from LASIK (feel free to ask me about it, and why I’ll tell you not to do it), so I’m including some awesome eye care products.
