What actually helps with my allergies

Since I can remember I’ve suffered with allergies and constant illness. Taking three allergy medications daily still didn’t stop me from having allergy attacks. On January 2025 I got sick and had a severe sore throat that started with allergies. I decided I would get the neti pot. Since I started using it. I no longer need any type of allergy medication and I rarely get sick. And when I do get sick the neti pot is helpful with stuffy nose and cough. Now I have my kids using the neti pot and they’re off allergy medication once and for all!
