This really romanticizes life for me. I love the teeny tiny grid and super smooth cream paper, and the way that it feels like a personal bible in your hands.
Midori Hibino
My fave notebook
Hobonichi Notebook
The pack brings it to about half price per book and really helps me get over the fear of the first page. The cover feels like an old science textbook and it slips into anything. It’s easy for me to ignore the tiny blue grid, and the paper is so smoot...
Kokuyo Field Sketchbook
If this came out before I got the 2026 hibino, I would’ve probably gotten this one instead.
The pen I use for every drawing. It’s a learning curve for maintenance, but I’ve gotten a lot closer to the FP community because of it.
Noodler's Ink Konrad Fountain Pen in Mesa Tortoise - Flex Nib
A special edition LAMY that I just had to get.
LAMY Cherry Blossom
I love how chunky and ergonomical these are- especially for tendinitis and small hands with weird grips.
Uni-ball One P
Misc- Glue, stickers, clips, etc.
These have outlasted college. My cats chew up any ribbon they see, and these are much faster for finding the right page.
Midori Chiratto Index Clip
Highly reccomend this so you don’t overwork your watercolor painting out of impatience (like me.)
Craft Heat Tool
Organization- Pencil Cases, Pouches, etc.
My absolute favorite pen case. It’s the perfect size, texture, and solution to carrying around my more pricy pens and anything else I want to draw with- without having to worry about any damage, ever. I once spilled a lot of ink on it, soaked it in c...

Inks
Inks (especially Diamine) are cheapest on Cultpens. I linked to a swatch/review site so that you can get a better picture of what these colors look like.
If I could only have one ink for the rest of my life, this would be it. I love inking with this; it’s a perfect blue black that’s dark enough to scan and teal enough to not be boring. It’s good for any pen- vintage included.
Rohrer and Klingner Verdigris
I feel like I’m writing with a perfume at times.
Diamine Eau de Nil
I feel like a Florida Gator using this ink.
Diamine Steel Blue
A beautiful pthalo turquoise ink
Diamine Aurora Borealis
This ink is so beautiful. It’s what I imagine the water from the Fairy Fountains of Zelda to look like. It is a shimmering ink, so make sure to shake it and clean your pen regularly.
J. Herbin 1670 Emerald of Chivor
An extremely dark sheening purple.
Diamine Bilberry
This is my favorite hot pink ink. I like to use it for journaling, and match it with a Lamy Cherry Blossom.
