Book club members chose this as the first book to read and I'm glad I stuck through with it bc I'm proud I read fantasy in 2024!!! After dnf-ing ACOTAR. This was NOT cringe, and the lore was manageable (not so confusing)
The Serpent and the Wings of Night
Rose and Connor are the only couple in this series that I adore/tolerate/support. Everyone else can break up for that matter bc of how gross and toxic they are.
