Tanning
All of my summer tanning essentials!
Amazon has a million different styles and designs of claw clips. I like to put a hat on and then claw-clip my hair. I do not like the oil touching my hair. Normally this is my go-to hair style for tanning while on a float in the pool.
I like this oil to use when I am tanning. I normally put a layer of sunscreen on first and let that dry, then put the oil on. After that, I reapply every 30 minutes- hour, depending on if I get in the pool!
I normally buy a cheap hat like this from Target. These are my favorite so my face doesn't burn or get weird sun tan lines from my glasses. They are also perfect because they can fit a claw clip underneath them.
I like to have a nice pair of sunglasses that are polarized because I have blue eyes that are extremely sensitize to the sun. So Ray bans are my go-to because they are reasonably priced for everything you get.
I always get a cheap pair of flip-flops at the beginning of every summer! These are perfect for beach trips or lake trips and if you tear them, or lose them then it isnt a huge deal!
Kiddos
I have taught swim lessons during the summer for 6 years and this will be my seventh these are the swim toys I recommend parents to get for their kids and have them play with to better their swim skills!

This one is definitely essential for all my kids. This helps kids build the leg muscle to swim across the pool! This will only help them be better and stronger swimmers in the long run.
These are a lot like the dive toys, but they normally hit the bottom and standup, so they are better for the younger kids trying to grasp the concept.
A hula hoop you can use by placing it on top of the water and having them dive in OR placing it underwater and having them swim through it. This is a great tool for kids!
You can also use pool noodles to teach kids how to dive by putting it in different places from where they are diving from! This makes them learn to jump further or shorter!
