Working remotely has it's advantages. I can travel and work with ease. With my company based outside of Hawaii I travel to in-person team events at least twice a year. I also visit my family in Las Vegas and Colorado much longer too. Here are my travel must-haves.

I started working remotely from home in July 2021. It was quite a transition from years of working in an office up until the pandemic. Here you will find the items I got for my home workspace. Check back as I am always finding new things.

After having Gastric Bypass Surgery (RnY) in 2010 I had to adjust to my body's needs, changes in food tolerances, and most of all daily supplementation. If you are pre or post surgery, here are the items I have used or currently using. Change it up.

Time to get a little personal here. I have been through some health challenges over the years from beating out Uterine Cancer, Achilles Tendon Tear, Knee Issues, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome recovery for both wrists, and Kidney Stones. From personal hygiene to physical support, this list will share items I currently use and used in the past.
