Not everyone has the time, money or right place or person to be able to get their weekly, monthly, quarterly fix of pampering and therapeutic treatments.
My hack is to do occasional one-time investments in my autonomous self-care oasis at home. I decided instead of spending 200-500 each spa day, I can invest a portion of that every few weeks/months and learn to connect my mind and body as needed with my own at home routines. Yes, I'll still go to a Spa once in a while, but I own my little piece of heaven at home.
For most of these products (if not all) it is essential that you increase your hydration (drink more water), because most of them will activate processes in your body for self-healing that can only happen when your body has enough fuel (aka water)...
