
For so long I’ve struggled with getting enough protein in each day. I always found my energy crashing out mid-day, even mid-morning. For 5 years I was vegetarian, and when I went back to meat, I still didn’t eat enough to curb my hunger and make my energy last. Not terribly long ago, I stocked up on various protein powders and they have helped tremendously. Here are some go-to drinks I make each day with protein powders to get my punch of protein.
