My Maltese Shitzu will turn 10 in a few months so I thought I’d put together a list of things that she loves ❤️ and work well for her!

Menopause really affects us women in so many different ways. This list contains items which have improved my various symptoms ☺️ I hope it helps you to feel more comfortable during perimenopause.

These are my must have essentials for my home 🏡 that make my life so much easier and I can’t do without them ❤️

Being as sustainable as possible in my home is super important to me so I’m really pleased I am now able to share these brands and products that I have found over that last few years. I know that using these is making a difference however small to my environmental impact 🌏 I hope you try them out yourself as they are all amazing 🤩

I must admit cleansing is my favourite part of my skincare routine. There is just something so relaxing about cleansing away all your makeup at the end of the day ☺️ I have a combination skin so I tend to go for more gel cleansers but I do love a good creamy one or a cleansing balm if I have heavier makeup! 🙌

Serums are an essential part of my life … I use at least 1-2 each time I do my skincare routine morning and night 🙌 I am super fortunate to have discovered so many good ones from many skincare brands over the last 5 years! All serums in this list are cruelty free and I have tried, tested and loved all of them.
