These are my favorite places to actually go. Close to home, they're my go-to spots right around Lexington and Salisbury — the places I end up at again and again because they're close and they're good. And the rest are worth the drive: a little more gas, a little more planning, and worth it every time. Parks, animals, arcades, quiet spots by the water — if it's on here, I've been and I'd go again.

This is the clothing branch of my medically complex must haves. I've personally used everything on here and it's all been beneficial for me with my chronic illnesses in some way — some of it's soft and breathable, some just makes it more comfortable or less challenging to wear clothes and get dressed.

If you're anything like me, you probably have a sensitive and fragile body too. These are my chronic illness essentials — the books, symptom tracking help, gentle foods, and little must-haves I've found that make surviving feel a bit closer to living. This is what helps me — but every body is different, so take whatever's useful for you and leave the rest.
