This is the clothing branch of my medically complex must haves. I've personally used everything on here and it's all been beneficial for me with my chronic illnesses in some way — some of it's soft and breathable, some just makes it more comfortable ...

Breathable basics

The basics I actually live in. Breathable really matters to me, so everything in here lets my skin breathe instead of leaving me uncomfortable all day.

These are great because they're really breathable, which honestly matters a lot to me. The last pack I bought was a couple years ago and every pair still feels brand new, so they actually last too.

Bottoms that don't fight me

Bottoms I can get into without a wrestling match. Stretch and comfort come first for me here — and pockets are always a huge selling point.

They're four way stretch so they're actually comfortable, not a whole wrestling match to get into. And they have two pockets — pockets are a huge selling point for me, I like having my stuff on me without having to carry it.

Supports & braces

I'd recommend the whole Body Braid line honestly, but the Core is where I'd start. It supports the entire core of your body to hold bones and soft tissue in place — everything else in the system builds on it.

If you're needing extra support, that's where the Arm Braid comes in. It supports your shoulders, elbows and wrists on top of the Core — it's an add-on, so the Core comes first.

Same idea as the Arm Braid — if you're needing extra support, the leg extensions carry it down your legs, around your knees and ankles. They work with the Core, so start there first.
