Let's face it, Disney has lots of options of places to eat but are any of them any good?!?!? It still is an amusement park so expectations can not be high, but with that said, if your going to eat in the park I have listed out my favorite locations for nabbing a meal or a snack. For someone who has a husband who really likes food, kiddos that can be selective, and myself who just wants a quiet cool place to rest, I give you my top picks to make the eating portion of your day better!

Best Fast Food Magic Kingdom
My top picks to grab a bite to eat at the Magic Kingdom
A favorite of many of the people I travel with to Magic Kingdom as often everyone likes Mexican and you can easily split the Nachos. For those that don't like Mexican you can grab a cheeseburger off the menu. I find this place to never be crazy busy and the dark atmosphere is a nice change from the sunny hot sun outside.
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe | Walt Disney World Resort
Probably my personal favorite quick service restaurant at the Magic Kingdom. I enjoy seafood (and if you don't there are some non seafood options) and a nice quiet place to eat. I often find a corner somewhere upstairs and enjoy some time away from the crowds.
Columbia Harbour House | Walt Disney World Resort
This is a great location for those who like Italian type food, particularly flatbread and pizza. They have some chicken and salad options as well. The one thing I really like about this spot is you can sometimes get a table overlooking the ride “It is a Small World” which gives the kiddos something to look at during your meal break.
Pinocchio Village Haus | Walt Disney World Resort
Ok, I am not going to lie… I personally am not a big fan of this place but I have some picky eaters in my extended family and we often find ourselves here. It has those burgers, chicken sandwiches and tenders, and some fries that seem to satisfy many of the picky eaters in a group. They do offer some salads as well. I much prefer sitting inside as I don't really enjoy listening to the Tomorrow Land Speedway as I eat.
Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café | Walt Disney World Resort
Magic Kingdom Sit Down Restaurants
Best Places to take a more leisure break and have a sit down meal at the Magic Kingdom
Hands down this is my favorite and in my opinion BEST restaurant over all, not just sit down restaurant at the Magic Kingdom. So much so on my last two week trip I ate here three times! I always request if possible for one of the back rooms as it is more quiet.
Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen
Maybe not the best food and overpriced but sometimes you just have to do it once to say you ate in the castle!
Cinderella's Royal Table
For maybe the less adventurous eaters who may like a meal that is similar to Thanksgiving!
Liberty Tree Tavern | Walt Disney World Resort
Food in general is rated better then Cinderella's Castle, and better bet for those big Beauty and the Beast fans as it is a character meal just as Cinderella's Castle.
Be Our Guest Restaurant | Walt Disney World Resort
Quick Service Eats and Coffee Magic Kingdom
Sometimes you needs something quick or are looking for your next coffee fix!
Sometimes you just want something fresh and healthy, not fried…. I love this spot just for that reason but try not to cringe too much when you see the prices! It pays to have fresh at Disney World.
Liberty Square Market | Walt Disney World Resort
So you never made it to Port Orleans French Quarter to have the famous Disney Beignets and a coffee near by at Westwards Ho.
Golden Oak Outpost | Walt Disney World Resort
Need a quick breakfast sandwich or for lunch candied bacon skewer. Or maybe a coffee or a frozen slushy. This is a great quick service for a few tasty treats.
Westward Ho | Walt Disney World Resort
If your looking for that special coffee and a tasty pastry or even a savory breakfast sandwich, this is a great stop. But expect lines and crowds first thing in the morning.
Main Street Bakery Featuring Starbucks Coffee - Disney World
Some people love the Dole Whip and fruity desserts others like ice cream based. I much prefer ice cream. They change up their menu and have some specilites from time to time. Or if you need your coffee with a little ice cream, this is the place!
Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies | Walt Disney World Resort
For those who like their fruity soft serve, this is the place to get it!
Aloha Isle | Walt Disney World Resort
Another great spot for a breakfast sandwich or maybe some tater tots! They also have apple cider doughnuts! Mac and Cheese hand pie and hot dogs. So something a little different.
The Friar's Nook | Walt Disney World Resort
So I am not a big cinnamon roll fan and that seems to be the favorite thing here. But rather Ham and Gruyère Tart is a savory option that might please others. In addition it is kind of fun to get the LeFou's Brew, frozen apple juice with a hint of toasted marshmallow, topped with passion fruit mango foam. Or you can just go get a large pretzel from across the Little Mermaid ride! :-)
Gaston's Tavern | Walt Disney World Resort

Always handy to have if you choose to eat at any of the character meal locations and want to get some autographs. There a few options in the Magic Kingdom but I have listed “Be Our Guest Restaurant” and “Cinderella's Royal Table.”
Disney Mickey & Friends Deluxe Autograph Book
We don't always like the alcohol in hand sanitizer, especially for our kids. We also have a kid who prefers the foam to the gel. So this is the sanitizer we use for our kids and ourselves if we are not personally using the Purell.
Babyganics Alcohol-Free Foaming Hand Sanitizer Bundle - 4 Items
I picked up a water shield cover for my stroller when my youngest was just an infant and it was a great investment. Many restaurants don't allow strollers inside, you will have to park them outside. You never know when a rainy moment will happen in Florida and so it is good to keep one of these with you so your stroller is protected while you are eating inside.
Weather Shields: Baby Products
These have been our favorite bibs over the years. We love how large they are and the area they cover. They are light and pack well. Wherever you eat in the park, if you have small kids, you will need a bib!
Toppy Toddler Large Waterproof Bibs
For wiping down the table before eating, these are handy and come in a small easy to carry container.
Wet Ones
We always travel with hand sanitizer and use it right before we eat if we are unable to get to a bathroom and easily wash our hands. I personally love the little ones that you can clip on to a bag.
Purell : Mini & Travel Size Products
Waterwipes are not just great for kids but for everyone of all ages if you need something to wipe your hands or table. We prefer these for the lack of chemicals if wiping faces and hands.
WaterWipes
This is great for older kids and adults. Klean creates aluminum free and BPA free bottles. I also prefer a screw cap for travel. No matter how many water bottles I try, the screw tap seem to be the safest for not leaking.
20 oz Classic Insulated Water Bottle with Loop Cap
These have been great water bottles for our kids. These are their bedside water bottles or crib water bottle as they just don't leak and they are easy to grab and drink in the night. So we also always travel with at least one for each kid. I am excited they have finally come out with many new designs. Just a reminder it is important to have a water bottle that does not have straw for on the plane, as with air pressure this is nothing like getting a good quirt in the face with water when you open the cap to sip some water out of the straw. Another reason these are a great buy!
