As a homeschool family we have loved reading and listening to the books of Laura Ingalls Wilder and the Little House on the Praire series. So naturally we love visiting the various sites that are written in the books and the places she has lived during her life. De Smet is the main setting of books 5-9. Visiting helps really brings the books to life and helps you imagine what it was like back in the day!

After many years of working in France and spending half the week each week in Paris, I have put together my favorite places to visit in Paris! Understand I have seen so much more then what is on this list. If you name it I have probably seen it or visited it, etc. I am just putting in this list my favorites, especially for those who only have so many days to see this city you can easily spend months in and never see it all!

Let's face it, Disney has lots of options of places to eat but are any of them any good?!?!? It still is an amusement park so expectations can not be high, but with that said, if your going to eat in the park I have listed out my favorite locations for nabbing a meal or a snack.
