A collection of tools I created to help women stop shrinking, hear their own voice, make decisions with more confidence, and trust themselves again. Start wherever you are. 🤎

My collection of self-published empowerment guided and blank journals…

I’m following Arlan Hamilton across three of her Skool communities and putting what I’m learning into practice as I work toward my first $5K. This folder is where I’m keeping the resources, lessons, communities, books, tools and ideas that are shaping that journey. Some I’m actively using, some I’m still exploring, and one of the Skool communities is linked through my affiliate link. If it’s helping me think bigger, move smarter or get closer to the goal, it belongs here.

My GLP-1 journey looks a little different because mine comes in a pill. I spent about 18 months on the injection, but for me, the oral version has been a much better fit. I've lost more weight on the pill in a fraction of the time, so I've learned firsthand that what works best can look different for everybody. These are the everyday things I actually use along the way, from protein and hydration to simple foods, movement, organization, and the little comforts that make the routine easier.

Not Just Coffee... My Keurig works overtime, and coffee is barely invited. 😂 This is where I keep the teas, hot cocoa, apple cider and other cozy cup favorites I reach for when I want something warm, easy and actually worth stocking. I’m just as happy with a tea bag or a good loose-leaf blend as I am with a pod, so if it steeps, brews or makes the mug worth picking up, it belongs here.

I moved in to a small one-bedroom apartment and must learn to be a minimalist…I accept the challenge…!!

Candles, room sprays, diffusers, air purifiers and all the little things I use to make my home smell cleaner, warmer and a whole lot more expensive than it really is. 😂 If it freshens the air, sets the mood or makes me stop and say, “Ooh, it smells good in here,” it belongs on this list.

I like my bedroom to feel fresh with the season, without turning it into a holiday aisle. 😂 This is where I keep the comforters, sheets, pillows, throws and little bedding swaps that change the mood of the room through color, texture and weight. Think lighter and airier when it’s warm, richer and cozier when it’s cold, and always comfortable enough to make getting out of bed a negotiation.

I wanted a place on my page dedicated to showcasing Black excellence. Some of these products and brands I use myself and can tell you exactly why they earned a spot. Others I haven’t tried yet, but the product, the brand, or the story behind it deserves to be seen. I’ll always tell you which is which. Consider this my growing collection of Black-owned businesses, creators and products that are worth knowing, supporting and sharing. 🤎

Books by Black authors across every genre...because our stories deserve the spotlight. Curated with love.

The makeup I actually reach for, repurchase and recommend. From complexion and color to lips, eyes and those little finishing touches that pull the whole face together, these are my favorite finds from MAC, Fenty Beauty and e.l.f. Pretty is personal, but a good product makes the assignment a whole lot easier. 💄✨

A collection of party decorations to set the festivities in the right direction...PARTY ON...!!

For the bottles worth pouring, mixers worth stocking, cocktails worth making and bar-cart extras that make the whole experience feel a little more grown. From champagne and spirits to the perfect finishing touches, this is where I keep the sips I’d actually serve, share or reach for myself. Because if we’re going to pour it, it might as well be good. 🥂
